Control and Visualization Systems SCADA / HMI

Our engineering team have large experience with implementation of SCADA / HMI systems. We offer deliveries, configuration, programming and administration of visualizing systems as per requirements of our Client.

We use software of the renowned worldwide and Czech producers, especially the following:

  • AVEVA: Wonderware InTouch and Wonderware System Platform (architecture of ArchestrA)
  • Siemens WinCC, ProTool and WinCC Flexible
  • FactoryTalk View SE and ME, RSView32 from Rockwell Automation company
  • GX Developer from MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC company

As per needs of the Client, a visualization solution can be supplemented for example by an executive historization, SPC, MES superstructure and/or to be in a hardware appearance that is in accordance with the requirement for the dangerous environment or a food industry.

SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) – we use software that is monitoring industrial and other technical equipment and processes from the central room and thus enables their controlling.

We have large experience with design and implementation of suitable SCADA system at machines in the industrial production, or in the process production (continual or batch), also at technical processes in the distribution and communication networks, monitoring of the material consumption and changes of material in the production. Our specialists can propose and implement a system the way that the change of material in the production from one to another is completely smooth (e.g. when finishing a production of some bulk material and starting a production and batching of a new material) and the same with monitoring and recording of the whole process, which is fluent.

HMI (Human-Machine Interface) – HMI panels enable access and control of industrial automatization equipment which is connected to the main and host PC and HMI software. HMI, together with PLC systems, forms OPLC. Usually, we work with Siemens HMI panels, however, we can supply any other brand marks as per request of the Client.
