Process Analysis and Solution Proposal (PLC, MES, SAP, Oracle)

We offer analysis of the technological process and production processes, on which basis we will be able to design possible solutions and prepare backgrounds for a project creation.

The extent of the solution can come from the specification designed directly by the Client and can include types of the field instrumentation (sensors, controllers, etc.), control systems (PLC), visualization systems (operator panels, PCs) and their architecture, manufacturing execution system MES providing data collection, their long-term archiving and analyses, reporting system and connection with other IT systems in the company, such as enterprise resource planning systems ERP (SAP, Oracle, QAD, Karat, etc.), stock systems, laboratory systems, etc.

For machine-technological projects, we offer analysis and design of the optimal solution with regard to various aspects, such as reliability, price/performance ratio, easy maintenance, deployment in stages, etc.

Delivery of Control Systems, Visualizations and their Programming

We offer delivery of automatization tools and a work out of a user software for Siemens Simatic S7 or Simatic S5 control systems, or possibly Allen-Bradley control systems like SLC, Micrologix, CompactLogix, ControLogix and/or control systems from Rockwell Automation, Mitsubishi Electric and OMRON producers. We have extensive experience in supplying of various visualization systems. We work with products of the world renowned producers as well as with Czech producers.

Visualization Superstructure, Data Analysis, Reporting and MES Systems

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) are systems that fill the gap between production and administration, helping to ensure higher efficiency and quality of production. We will connect process data from production to the office sphere and, if necessary, we will also transfer production data to the superior ERP system (SAP, Oracle, QAD, Karat etc.).

Delivery of Hardware, Wiring and Industrial Networks

Sensors are the eyes of the control system. We design and supply sensors for various types of applications and measurements, such as measurement of pressure, temperature, surface, weight, flow, limit levels, etc. Automation systems are now commonly distributed and incorporated into smaller or larger computer networks. Of course, we also provide design and supply components for industrial networks based on Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet / IP, DeviceNet and standard Ethernet networks.
